PrivateResortPH Data Deletion

PrivateResortPH respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request deletion of personal information associated with your account.

Delete from your PrivateResortPH account

  1. Sign in to PrivateResortPH.
  2. Open Account Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy & Security.
  4. Select Request Account Deletion.
  5. Type DELETE and confirm the request.

Can’t access your account?

If you cannot access your account, contact us through our official Contact page and request Account and Data Deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials.

Facebook Login Users

If you used Facebook to sign in, you may remove PrivateResortPH from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing the Facebook connection prevents future access through Facebook, but does not necessarily delete information already stored by PrivateResortPH.

To request deletion of PrivateResortPH data, submit an account deletion request using the instructions above.

What happens after a request?

A request is reviewed before any deletion or anonymization occurs. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Deleting PrivateResortPH data does not delete your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. PrivateResortPH does not manually delete accounts held by those providers.
